All services provided by BizExcel Solutions Private Limited are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, payment is made, and/or service execution has commenced, no cancellations or refunds shall be entertained under any circumstances. This policy applies irrespective of the stage of service delivery, change in client requirements, delay caused due to non-availability of documents or information from the client, or any decision taken by the client after placing the order. Fees paid towards professional services, government fees, statutory charges, third-party costs, and administrative expenses are strictly non-refundable. By availing our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this No Cancellation & No Refund Policy in its entirety.

Once a service request is confirmed, resources including professional time, system access, documentation review, and compliance planning are allocated specifically for the client. Accordingly, no refunds, reversals, or chargebacks shall be permitted for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to change of mind, non-utilization of services, dissatisfaction arising from factors beyond our control, or rejection of applications by any government authority. BizExcel Solutions Private Limited shall not be held responsible for outcomes dependent on third-party platforms, statutory authorities, or regulatory bodies. The client expressly agrees that all payments made are final and irrevocable.
